    “muscle tension”, for most of my life i though relaxed and calm were the same thing. then covid hit and i never had to go out. all verbal communication was done via scheduled zoom and i could immediately drop my facial expression. then i finally understood what if fealt like to have my muscles relax without being high as fuck. i love that my kid has become verbal, it’s great for him. but damn do i miss going days without saying or hearing a spoken word.

    I cover my eyes, inability to relax, fatigue, increased stimming, distracted and retract socially.

    Probably easier to list what I don’t experience but I don’t have an easy way to tally it on my phone and post it here in text format and it’s seeming like a lot of work so brain is refusing. Nothing personal meant, it’s a helpful list

    What’s interesting is some of these are either shutdown or meltdown symptoms for me, they aren’t just plain overload

    Like, half of those at times lol. Especially if I’m near a road, with vehicles on it. Rare, I know… >.>
