Undermining Fox News by paying them shitloads of money to display ads that will win them exactly 0 votes. Bidenomics, baby.

In their wildest fantasies, they are bringing back a 50 year old ruling that isn’t even solid law, that could use all kinds of updates and clarification?

I dont believe anyone would be able to pull it off, but I always considered this to be an opportunity to make it a real law that is a lot stronger, and more modern.

Then I think about the fact that if libraries didn’t exist, it would be an insurmountable task to get the government to go for the idea of them now.

Maybe they think “trolling” means implementing such harsh austerity, that we will all be evicted and forced to live under bridges?

Reminder that Sleepy Joe is a self-described “devout catholic”

Now remind me how catholics feel about abortion

They’ll support a local venue that hosts religious festivals and ceremonies, regardless of the leadership’s position on a single hot-button topic.

Its the same way that they support the venue when the institution opposes the death penalty or advocates in favor of open borders and refugee resettlement or debt forgiveness or civil rights for native peoples. I only fucking wish lay Catholics were fully on board with the stated mission of the Catholic Church. Hell, I wish the majority-Catholic SCOTUS was as doctrinaire as your average priest. The US would be a significantly better place.

At this point, I’d take a Catholic Church overhaul of the Texas juvenille justice system on the grounds of lesser evil. At least the Catholics would install some new AC units and improve the food quality in the child-rape-centers the state is running.

Remember when Nancy Pelsoi was banned from her church when she advocated for abortion rights… AFTER it was overturned? And instead of rallying her base, calling for protests, or doing anything political, she did an epic girl boss move and wasted money to go to the Vatican and get communion from the pope. We love our productive politicians, don’t we folks?

I like how 90% of “BlackPeopleTwitter” is just jokes and memes or references and discussions to black culture, and 90% of “WhitePeopleTwitter” is just complaining about Trump and being easily impressed by other old, powerful white people (aka white American culture)

So, the plan is to hand FOX News a bunch of Democrat donor dollars in order to stir up anti-abortion sentiment among the Republican base, because… ???

This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. Last time they gave a bunch of money to QAnon political candidates over their own party candidates, and some of them won.

Don’t forget giving money to the Lincoln project that literally used the money to fund political ads against their darling liberal candidates.

There’s a “debate” between 8 people who are polling at 15% combined.

It’s as relevant as if you asked the dining room of a random restaurant what they would do if they were president.

There might be some entertainment in watching people refuse to criticize the person they’re campaigning against but I’m not wasting hours of my life to watch republicans be hypocrites.
