I just woke up and read that as “Pepperoni Plaza” and now I really want an entire outdoor space devoted to pizza.
Your comment made me wonder if there was any such place where you could go and have pizzerias everywhere.
I couldn’t find anything like an entire plaza of pizza (though it wouldn’t surprise me if that existed somewhere) but I did learn that apparently Buenos Aires has the most pizzerias of any major city in the world. So if there is such a thing as a pepperoni piazza, I’d guess Argentina would be the place to check first.

That looks good. Ive got some good home pizza practices. You can use a large cast iron skillet on a burner to parcook the dough while dressing it, or a hot pizza stone, then put the whole thing straight into the 500 degree oven.
Puree whole peeled tomatoes for the sauce and spice it up. If you like anchovies, use the anchovy oil from the can in the sauce.
