It’s time to switch to minor illusions, I guess. It was fun tossing SW out into a area to agro shit.

Nooooooo, spiritual weapons were my best distraction when I was in a bad position and needed time to move characters, nooooooo 😭

I don’t love spiritual weapon, it’s too slow in both damage output and repositioning. It’s much better in BG3 though because you can abuse long rest if you want to, so the slot doesn’t matter, and because it is bonus and not concentration it practically feels free.

This and Flame Spheres. Those were a lot of fun.

I am happy about this change. I wanted some extra damage out of the spell, but instead it just got mobbed and lucky if it got a turn.

If I just wanted a distraction, minor illusion doesn’t use a spell slot.

I will miss this spell being more OP than it had any right to be.
