There’s pretty solid odds that they pit for a tire change a lap before it starts raining only to pit a few laps later for inters.

McLaren seems comfortably quicker than Ferrari right now
I’m honestly shocked that Sainz hasn’t done better than he has. I’d backed him for a podium shot, but this has not been a great race for him.
Sainz with the fastest lap, and that’s on hards
Less than half way through and the gap is up to 5 seconds. Still it’s nice to see McLaren holding position, would be very happy if we finished like this.
