I made it to the clinic roughly on time despite a sick wife and baby, and there’s only one person at reception who’s taking five years to solve one client’s issue.
Actually there’s two but they’re both working on the same problem. And I’m not even the first person in line.
Well I got some spirulina powder so I’d say 7/10
Good start so far, exercised, showered, didn’t gain weight in the last few days. Heading to work now.
Got up and I have covid (again). Not a great start, but at least I can sleep a bit.

Pretty good. Day’s been going according to plan.
A horrible hailstorm just missed where I live. Maybe 5 miles away had baseball-sized hail. And also I have no assignment today for work, as we are over the hump for our software release and fixing bugs as they come in, but not enough new ones are coming in to assign one to every team member each day.
So I’m feeling pretty good.
Woke up before my alarm clock, enjoyed a Cup of tee in the garden and listened to the birds.

Pretty good. In the morning I finished up playing raft, with some buddies. It was relaxing game, the ending is a little comical. But fun
