For someone more in tune with the process, honest question: how is this not a failure on ASML, who makes the lithography machines? Or the company who makes the ultra pure silicon wafers? Is Intel just feeding unetchable garbage into the machines?

There was a lot of publicity a few weeks ago about “the year long cruise” that ended. I haven’t tuned in, but apparently quite a few people on the cruise vlogged their travels. There were apparent conflicts, and with both sides wanting to say their part I’m sure more misery was shared publicly than one would normally air. This might just border on reality TV though, I haven’t really looked into it.

Anyone know how they actually measure where to install the window on each floor? I feel like this could happen easily if you just went 80” from the exterior wall from inside the building (for example), that wall might not be the same from floor to floor.
