Edit: if you have a reliable data plan on your phone you can download your media (music, TV, movies) onto a computer running Jellyfin. Then use Tailscale to open it up to your phone wherever you go. It’s hosting your own “cloud” for free. I do this for TV but I still keep an SD card full of music for offline use.
