Outward is pretty fun (and at times bs and challenging). It is also not that long of a game to finish. The soundtrack is also good.

You should also consider arkenfox user.js
Stopped using librewolf as updating it was a really cumbersome and also it being downstream from firefox meant it received all the security patches and updates later. I have been using arkenfox user.js as my primary with a regular profile in cases where arkenfox breaks the website.
Can you share your set up info? I am currently using it on my rpi on which i have a torrent client. I am using the wireguard profile which i need to connect each time using wg-quick up <wireguard conf>
It doesn’t persist through system reboots and port forwarding is also very tedious on cli using natpmpc.
If only they would focus a bit more on Linux compatibility. It is very tedious to use protonvpn on headless Linux distros. Their protonvpn cli is not supported for raspbianOS.
Is it safe to use stremio? It is asking me to create an account.
Ah, my bad. I got it mixed up!
I wouldn’t call paranoid Android underrated. It is a very popular song off the widely praised OK Computer Radiohead album.
You should check out the rest of the album. Bôa Twilight iirc.
Thanks! I will look into my VPN client and see if it provides this feature.
None of my banking apps work with VPN even with a spoofed Indian IP. UPI works without issue for me as well.
How do you access banking apps/websites with always-on VPN and permanent kill switch?
I was using librewolf prior to arkenfox but found it tedious. The updates are always lagging behind the official releases which makes it inherently less secure. You also need to manually check for updates and reinstall the browser every time.
Looks like there are other potential vulnerabilities which makes this issue worse. Possibly CSRF? https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/3505
This is what happened with me when i first launched the app! I figured out that I can select my instance to view the posts but couldn’t figure out how to remove the lemmy.world view where I didn’t have an account. It would be the default instance while searching as well and I’d have to manually change it every time.
I have figured out now that I can remove the instance from app by long pressing the name inside the settings>accounts.
I didn’t know this was possible since there were no accounts under lemmy.world. Thank you, this fixed the issue!
Is this attack unique to Microsoft entra ID? Can this not be used to steal auth cookies for any web app which uses such a mechanism?
