I did read about Coxsackie A6 but it doesn’t seem like my symptoms match.

If adults getting it are asymptomatic, how do they know they have it? I always wonder how they get the data as asymptomatic people aren’t going to the doctor or getting diagnosed. They wouldn’t even be thinking they’re sick would they?

I’ve had hand foot and mouth as a child and chicken pox twice too ☹️. The Mrs thinks my immune system might be weak as I had glandular fever last year as well. Not to mention covid a couple years ago.

I don’t know why all the online literature states that adult cases of hand foot and mouth disease are usually mild… it’s been hell for the last week. Googling other peoples experiences, most say they also had a terrible time.

Spent most of the week unable to eat or drink due to the blisters in my mouth and throat. Even drinking water would send stabbing pains through my mouth. So dehydration and hunger on top of feeling horrible. Finally starting to recover yesterday being able to eat with only mild discomfort. I honestly preferred having covid to this, the spots and blisters on the hands and feet I can live with, but the mouth ones are insanely uncomfortable.

Powertools usually have pretty small profit margins and there are quite a few different shops you can get them at, so occasionally you can get a good deal if a retailer offers price beats. Especially if it’s trade level brands, Makita, DeWalt, Hikoki, Milwaukee etc. A lot of the cheaper brands are exclusive so you can’t actually compare them elsewhere, Ryobi and AEG for example are Bunnings only.

That’s a good thing I think right? She’s been like this since she started solids. She doesn’t even ask what it is she just wants it since someone else is eating it. Sometimes it doesn’t even occur to her that it’s something she doesn’t want or like, until after we’ve already made extra for her…

The older one is the opposite, she MUST know what is in everything to decide whether she likes it or not, even before she has even tasted it 😒

Funnily enough she is more food adventurous than her older sister. She regularly wants what we’re eating without even know what it is. We had to let her eat some spicy food because she was complaining we wouldn’t give her any. She understands spicy now haha.

Interesting which part of the country are you in? I see enough every summer and if I plant any brassicas, they get covered in eggs during the warmer months. A few of my kale plants have already been shredded by their caterpillars and they were only planted a month ago.

My garden news, I bought cloche’s for my raised beds because I’m sick of blackbirds digging up my seedlings. At least in summer I’ll also be able to grow brassicas without worrying about white butterfly laying eggs everywhere.

Am I supposed to buy my own toilet first before contacting a plumber to replace it or contact a plumber first and get them to buy a one to replace it??

That’s a nice upgrade! Haven’t seen the need to go past 16GB on my laptop or 32GB on my desktop. Although I don’t really do anything that demanding any more.

I didn’t know you could transfer demerits in other countries, interesting. Someone more knowledgeable than me can probably tell us why it’s not implemented here.

Unfortunately a person doesn’t need to be a dickhead to be bad driver, there’s a pretty long list of things you can get demerits for.
