Most of his coworkers’ testimonies suggest that they only saw him go upstairs alone during the motorcade, or leaving after JFK is shot. It seems a bit silly to have this complex conspiracy and not coerce or stage a single testimony that says with 100% conviction “yup I saw Mr. Oswald on top aiming his sniper rifle right down at the president” if your goal is to frame an innocent man
