    It’s not guaranteed. The Marshalls ARE the enforcement mechanism for the courts. So the court needs to issue the order, and then the Marshalls have a decision to make.

      If the court deputizes someone since a DOJ Marshall won’t follow orders, is that new deputy under the DOJ or under the court?

        It would be HIGHLY unusual for the courts to deputized anyone for this sort of thing. What authority would that individual even have?

            The same authority as a marshall as far as I know.

            Sounds like incontestable legal justification to me. Let’s do this.
