minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink2•12 days agoFYI, Federal Justices can hire special prosecutors & deputize citizens as federal marshals, they don’t actually need the DoJ to administer justice. The Presidental pardon is the only issue here, but kidnapping is also a state crime.
