The first word I’d remove is “Deported”. Reporters, editors, citizens should stop using the crimebosses’ lingo & framing. Mr. Abrego García is a (noncriminal) US resident. He wasn’t deported. He’s a first-generation American, #ABDUCTED by thugs, #TRAFFICKED by armed mercenaries, to a FOREIGN #tortureprison for profit, #slavery, #disinfo and #disruption.

Republicans and the Conservative Propaganda Machine has controlled the narrative in this country, political and otherwise, and your post is a perfect demonstration of it.

If Dems ever want to regain power, they need to learn how to counter the MAGA lies, and promote their own message loudly and clearly, and stop letting the Conservative Propaganda Machine define EVERYTHING.

I agree with you, but during the Civil War, the Dems are also going to have to have a dominant message to counter the Conservative Propaganda Machine, which is extremely mature at this point. They can’t win with just one or the other, its going to take both, and probably a whole lot more as well.

One potential plus of the Trump administration is that its communication style inadvertently gets people to notice about institutional media what Chomsky has been discussing for decades.

I wouldn’t want to live in a country where mastheads and public offices are on the same page.

If you were powerful enough, sure. The court is only as strong as its ability to enforce a punishment.

The president is exempt from criminal prosecution for things they did as part of their duties, and if no-one is willing to impeach or impose other punishments, they can be as contemptuous as they like. How would the court stop then?

Didn’t Ivanna accuse him of rape after she referred him to her doctor for a scalp reduction to make his bald spot less obvious and he got botched so he blamed her for it and then did the thing? Talk about bad people in the US some more, Trumplethinskin.

The part of the book that caused the most controversy concerns Trump’s divorce from his first wife, Ivana. Hurt obtained a copy of her sworn divorce deposition, from 1990, in which she stated that, the previous year, her husband had raped her in a fit of rage. In Hurt’s account, Trump was furious that a “scalp reduction” operation he’d undergone to eliminate a bald spot had been unexpectedly painful. Ivana had recommended the plastic surgeon. In retaliation, Hurt wrote, Trump yanked out a handful of his wife’s hair, and then forced himself on her sexually. Afterward, according to the book, she spent the night locked in a bedroom, crying; in the morning, Trump asked her, “with menacing casualness, ‘Does it hurt?’ ” Trump has denied both the rape allegation and the suggestion that he had a scalp-reduction procedure. Hurt said that the incident, which is detailed in Ivana’s deposition, was confirmed by two of her friends.

The idea is that every sign is a symbol: Marijuana, Smile (Sonreír), a cross which is a symbol for 1, and a skull, which in Spanish is called cráneo, a word beginning by a c, the 3rd letter of the alphabet. All together they make “MS13”. The photoshoped letters and numbers are a legend.

I have no idea if this is things gangs do. And if it’s a gang tattoo, that doesn’t mean he is a member (he may just like the gang aesthetics, people do weird things), and if he is a member, that’s not important, because guilty or not, he deserves a trial.

This seems unrealistically convoluted, to the level of someone who’s just looking for evidence of a conspiracy. A gang symbol is a bit rubbish if you need a cryptography manual to identify it. The whole point of a gang symbol is to advertise that you belong to the gang.

You could probably find a trifecta of 3s and link him to the Illuminati if you tried hard enough.

The Republicans embraced Faith-Based Thinking long ago, in which people believe ANYTHING they are told, as long as it comes from an authority figure they trust, such as a politician, clergy, boss, cop, etc. That’s the perfect target for a politician (or conman) whose entire authority is built on lies.

Thats why they pandered so strongly to evangelicals, who have demonstrated their predisposition to believe to their absolute core the most outlandish fairy tales and myths written by neolithic goatherders, and tailor their entire lives around them. If they’ll believe that nonsense, they’ll believe the idiotic math of conservative economic concepts like Trickle Down, and anything else.

And that’s why Republicans have been so critical of, and hostile toward, ANY educational standards. Stupid people are easier to recruit and indoctrinate, because they lack the Critical Thinking Skills required to reject obvious propaganda, and are more receptive of an entertaining delivery over the veracity of the message.

HitlerPig even said it out loud: “I love the poorly educated.” Faith-based Thinking is why.
