They are directly responsible. Biden was continuing to arm them. That is indirect. I realize being pedantic on this topic isn’t going to be very popular.
How’s sending weapons to Israel, when they are incontrovertibly killing civilians, not being directly responsible?
The Netanyahu government are those deciding to bomb innocents and the IDF are the ones executing the strikes. They are directly responsible.
