Influenza (not referring to the cold) can be deadly. If you need to, go to the ER. Better being safe than sorry.
Look after yourself bro, make sure you drink plenty of water and have some bread (I lose my appetite when I’m sick and eating makes me nauseous, bread is generally pretty neutral and settles my tummy, anecdotally).
If you’re able to, have a shower and lie in bed. Rest up, and water water water.
