Not excited for my physio appointment today but hopefully I can get some better workouts for my back and leg.
I have to uber to the physio from work because there’s no like public transport nearby, and it’s a minute trip but I can’t walk because of my back and leg. It’s frustrating.
Maybe someone can start a new thread, a pm addition, part ll, the dt returns, dt 2.0. Just a few names there 👍

Is this too casual/bright/cold for a dinner/drinks event in a rooftop restaurant on a Friday night?What kind of event? What dress code?
- If it’s “casual”, that’s fine
- If it’s “smart casual”, it’s borderline, but may be OK depending on the crowd
- If it’s “semi formal” or “cocktail”, it’s not appropriate
- On the other hand, if it’s a jazz restaurant, that’s absolutely perfect

I can’t speak for fashion it’s a great dress but we’re still in winter I’d bring a jacket / jumper too it’s gonna be 10c (I don’t anyone on the DT to freeze)
I definitely will bring a jacket and possibly a cardigan. Definitely not keen to freeze!

Influenza (not referring to the cold) can be deadly. If you need to, go to the ER. Better being safe than sorry.
Look after yourself bro, make sure you drink plenty of water and have some bread (I lose my appetite when I’m sick and eating makes me nauseous, bread is generally pretty neutral and settles my tummy, anecdotally).
If you’re able to, have a shower and lie in bed. Rest up, and water water water.

A friend of mine recently thought she had covid - turns out she’d gotten RSV! Might be worth looking into.
I am in trouble. Today Bill Cat has kangaroo in gravy, a piece of roast chicken, chicken crunchies and kangaroo crunchies and he is yelling at me because he’s starving. Also his bathroom isn’t perfectly clean and his blanket isn’t in his favourite place.
