But that’s not the point. The point is that he’s going through the process, and we shouldn’t just jail political figures without due process. It’s crazy to me how many people can’t understand that.
The “Constitution” is no fucking excuse. All kinds of laws and rulings have nothing to do with the fucking Constitution. That is now only the kast refuge for assholes and losers. And if anything, the Constitution says he is guilty of High Treason. And this SCOTUS is no longer capable of interpreting the Constitution.
If he wasn’t wealthy and white he’d be behind bars right now awaiting trial.
