On version 0.19 you can block instances so that you don’t see any posts from that instance, instead of having to block communities one by one, you still see comments from users of that instance in other posts so it isn’t completely blocking the instance.
Bro, I swear most Lemmy users don’t know they can subscribe to communities… Like WTF why hurt yourself blocking half the Fediverse when browsing Everything instead of doing less of a work just subscribing to shit you actually like…
When I was on Reddit I just browsed my own communities with the best sort and called it a day… For 10 years-ish lol.
That’s how I do it, but I know a lot of people don’t. It’s obvious in some of my smaller communities like Colorado Politics when a article takes off.
