I remember getting into an argument with a guy and calling him a lib (politics wasn’t even part of the argument) and even now I feel ashamed for doing that. He was a lib yeah but I’m so poisoned by this website I use it as a go to insult lol
This is why “we’re on a small leftist forum, of course we wouldn’t say this stuff to ordinary people in real life” has always rang hollow to me. Spend all day posting and reading posts and it’s going to bleed over into other things you say to varying degrees.
