I think the norm is to start with a low dose for the first 3 months (especially for spiro due to side effects) and then measure levels to determine what’s safe and needed to get to reach target levels. But 0.4mg/week seems really low based on cursory searching. Are you sure that isn’t 0.4 mL?

it is in fact 0.4ml and my dumb ass only can read hamburger units. At the concentration listed at 20mg/ml though, that would mean i’m on… 8mg/week? actually that sounds far more reasonable
