Rissoles. But I’ve got bread rolls, and now they’re burgers because I said so.

Rissoles, meatballs, hamburgers. They’re all the same just depends on how they turn out.

This was actually from last night. I took it with the Intent to upload it after I finished it, but I forgot.

    Making roast chicken portions tonight.

Had a snack of a Devon toasted sandwich not so long ago as well.

I had some prawn, scallop and lobster bisque from Aldi. I had one for lunch with salad, and turned to second one into a seafood risotto which was really tasty.

Homemade bbq burgers and beer batter steak-cut chips, better than your regular fast food anyway

Was going to be crunchy salad with sliced lamb, buts it’s a billion degrees and I don’t want to light the stove, so I’ll just add some extra cheese to keep the offspring happy.

I do that in the summer as well - cold and rainy here, had a hearty clam chowder

I did think about using the BBQ, but it’s still cooler inside than outside, stupid Central West NSW summer!
