One was arrested by immigration agents in the middle of his criminal trial in Boston. Another tackled by agents at a courthouse in New Hampshire, a third taken from his lawyer’s car and arrested outside the courthouse in New Britain, Conn.

Some judges are allowing people to request to attend Zoom hearings because of these interruptions.

We want people to attend their hearings, but getting arrested for showing up is sending the wrong message. Especially so for for those who have a good case.

Name all ICE agents. These people are traitors, they shouldnt even be considered real American citizens anymore when all is said and done – they have forfeited it by betraying their countrymen and constitution in the name of fascism. Fake patriots, fake americans. Forcefully deport them all.

I really hope the ghouls that are perpetrating these kidnappings get their own day in court. And I hope they are tried as domestic terrorists, and face detention in terrorist detention facilities like Guantanamo Bay.

We have purposely avoided branding acts by Americans as “Domestic Terrorism” for this very reason. It’s why Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is in Colorado and not Gitmo.

Welp, the other side has thrown that out the door. I hope America has their Nuremberg.

The United States has been dodging the ICC since Bush the Younger yipped out. Membership and retroactive accountability is long overdue, and hopefully it will start with ICE.

I know several people who are here legally but have stopped being activists because they are scared of getting arrested at a protest and then deported because of that bullshit charge. I don’t blame them a bit for laying low. I would do the same.

And that’s why it’s important to show up (literally or figuratively) to oppose what’s happening in our country, even when you aren’t affected (yet).
