Site is getting rammed and won’t load for me. I guess if there’s anything substantial I’ll hear about it soon enough.
Futuristic space bum.

21 years? a veteran 🫡
I had a very dear friend pass this year from Pancreatic cancer.
The dogshit thing about Pancreatic cancer (aside from it being cancer) is you generally don’t feel unwell until you’re quite advanced with it / stage 4 (terminal). That is what happened in my friends case. They gave so much in their short life and had so much more to give.
I’m sorry, I don’t think my comment was overtly substantial; I wanted to echo your point about how insidious cancer can be.
You just reminded me about when Bush almost choked to death on a pretzel.
Remember to sort by controversial!
Bummer, it’s private… I’m assuming that’s a location issue as I’m in Europe?
This film holds such a funny nostalgia trip for me; my Dad bought me a DVD player from Macro Makro and this was one of the DVDs I picked out, I loved it and still do. Although I remember the cheese factor being off the freakin scale; some of the actors really phoned it in. Totally awesome Jackie film, right up there with Rumble in the Bronx.
So…
It reminds me of /r/LoTRmemes. That was the most wholesome community on Reddit and probably the only place I miss.
The idea of mortals being able to punch and scissor-kick a T-1000 to death/deactivation is just mind-boggling to me.
For those interested;
That’s shitty.
Don’t forget to claim your free profile flair (if you’re into that stuff)
Shenmue; purely for the vibe and nostalgia… If you know, you know.
That’s lovely. That should mean a lot to the right person.
ALARM! ALARM!
Logitech F310.
I’ve been using these for almost as long as I’ve been using Linux (10+ years). Plug and play and a good length on the cable. No vibration but that wasn’t essential for me.
(PS there IS a wireless model / version but I’ve never used it - Logitech F710).
Best of luck.
Do you work in an airport? Or a member of The Proclaimers?
I found this way more funnier than I should have.
I’ve just been reading up on this. It’s a law from 1994 and as I understand it; these laws were introduced to protect smaller family retailers and to help people attend church. If so, this feels like an incredible outdated and archaic law, no?
I bought it a few months back. Very fun, but the UI and general tutorial needs a lot of work as they are quite sparse. IMO.
As a new player I found it incredibly frustrating being left to figure out a bunch of stuff on my own. I ended up not playing it because I was struggling with stuff (like the waterwheels, and some other stuff, I forget) it really felt like a life commitment to just play DF.
It’s a good game but BOY has it been tough to figure out.
