Literally the only reason I use Twitter, although tbh I only seriously follow a few VTubers so I just go straight to their profiles rather than trawling through a feed

Truthfully I don’t even use Twitter for any of the Vtubers I like, mainly because I prefer to just listen to their music, how they made their music, or the few non-music streams that catch my attention. I think the only time I’ve used Twitter for anything related to vtubers was the few times Gavis Bettel, from Holostars, had his computer croak on him and decide to do a twitter space thingy to bemoan his misfortune at the start of his career.
If a vtuber does something interesting enough on twitter, I will see it on youtube. Besides, I mainly just drop into streams when I’m doing thigs and want them in the background.
